The Florida Keys Mosquito Control District has developed a Treatment Notification App that is currently available for download on I Phone and Android Platforms. 

Once dowloaded, the FKMCD Treatment App is able to provide updates about scheduled helicopter and truck sprays. 

Among the available treatment maps there is a layer that can even show that days mosquito 'Landing Rate Counts' as reporterd by FKMCD's specially trained Inspectors. 

Most of FKMCD's treatments are scheduled for the same day becasue they are based on real time observations from Inspectors as well as the contents of strategically placed 'surveillance traps'.   The Treatment Notification App is the most expedient means for receiving updates.
